The confirmation of the news on Twitter follows the company’s announcement that the game would be slightly delayed. At least it’s only a few weeks! So we don’t have to wait long for a brand new slice of action with the River City Girls.
Original article [Tue 6th Dec, 2022 02:25 GMT]: WayForward’s new beat ’em up River City Girls 2 was apparently supposed to be out here in the West by now, but it appears to have suffered a slight delay.
In case you were wondering what happened to this sequel, Arc System Works and WayForward just need “a little more time” to deliver the best and “most feature-rich experience” possible.
The plan is to release the game here in the West before the end of this year and a date will be announced soon. The game is already available in Japan. Here is the full update from the official WayForward Twitter account:
