Flights from Glasgow to Porto, Portugal will commence on Friday 31st March 2023 with twice weekly departures on Mondays and Fridays.
The city was recently named Best City Destination of 2022 at the World Travel Awards in Oman.
And travelers from Edinburgh can fly direct to Catania Airport in Sicily, Italy, which operates twice a week on Mondays and Fridays during the summer season, starting Friday 2 June.
The airline said the new routes will give Scottish customers more choice when planning their summer holidays.

For those looking for a bargain, easyJet will also be releasing its autumn 2023 flight schedule tomorrow.
This means thousands of seats on flights departing between October 1st and November 30th, 2023 will be available earlier at lower fares.
Ali Gayward, easyJet’s Country Manager UK, said: “I am delighted to announce today new routes from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, offering our Scottish customers more direct connections to more of Europe’s most popular city and beach destinations next summer.
“And with Fall 2023 flights on sale tomorrow, customers can also book early for next Fall and snag the best fares across our network to find a cheap short break or half term break in October.”
We told how easyJet Holidays introduced another 28 day winter break after the first sold out in just hours.
The previous offer was offered as an Escape the UK holiday, which was cheaper than the average UK household’s monthly winter energy bills.
When staying at the 5* Stella Gardens Resort in Egypt, the offer included return flights, 28 nights, all meals, beverages, WiFi and spa access.
However, it was so popular that it was already sold out.
Luckily, easyJet Holidays has a few other deals to offer instead.
If you want to spend a whole month vacation in Turkey at a reasonable price, you can spend 28 nights in the 3* Sun City Apartments in Antalya.
Whilst this is self-catering it includes flights, 23kg of luggage and airport transfers for just £345 per person – the equivalent of just £12 per night.
The deal is based on flights departing from London Luton on 7 January 2023.
But if you want an all-inclusive month away then there’s also a 28-night day trip to Tunisia.
When staying at the Medina Belisaire and Thalassoin, the all-inclusive breaks also include luggage, transfers and flights for just £729 per person (or £26 per person per night).

Previously, EasyJet has launched 250,000 flights for the summer of 2023 when you’re looking to book your next break abroad.
For a holiday close to home, Haven is offering 2023 holidays on sale from £3 a NIGHT.
